NYC Day 6

It was Sunday, so Jon and I trekked it over to the church (which is in the same building as the temple). The ward was mostly visitors like us.

When we got back, it was time to check out of our Airbnb and say goodbye to Conrad and Sarah, who were flying home that afternoon.

Jon and I got our luggage and got on a bus, which took us across the Lincoln Tunnel. It only took a few minutes, and our next Airbnb was like two stops after the tunnel, in Weehawken, NJ. This Airbnb was a little house about a block from the bus stop! It was perfect.

 Not far from our Airbnb was a great view of the NYC skyline!

We had some time to kill, so we went back into Manhattan and walked around a bit, including me contemplating my someday life as an author.

 Eventually we made it to Feinstein's 54 Below, where we were going to see a Sondheim Unplugged concert. He composed many of our favorite musicals, including Sweeny Todd.

 Several different singers sang different songs from several of his shows.

Plantain chips and guacamole. I also had the duck, and Jon had the short ribs. At our table was a guy who was there to watch his wife, who was singing. He brought a friend, Terrance, who became our new best friend! You see, Terrance dresses Raoul in Phantom of the Opera! We had tickets for the next day. So he gave us his number and said to meet him after the show for a tour! We couldn't believe it!
