Yesterday: Mustered up my energy and got the boys in the stroller, ready to run 5 miles. Hit a goathead 1/4 mile in. Arrrg. Today: Jon felt sorry for me so he's coming home so I can have a solo lunch run. Ahhhhh!

No joke, there are 20 crow-type birds in my yard picking through the grass for wormies. Actually this is their third visit in two days. I hope they leave some worms for my veggie garden!
